Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new (international) customers for our premium product line
Build compelling value propositions and tailor joint business plans to meet customer ambitions
Orchestrate product introductions and promotions in collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Culinary teams
Keep a pulse on culinary trends, competitor launches, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies
Develop trusted, senior-level relationships with decision-makers across multiple countries
Deliver ambitious volume, margin, and distribution targets while maintaining premium positioning
Requirements
Hunter mentality — thrives on opening doors and closing deals
Fluent English (Italian, French, German is a plus)
Culinary experience
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term business solutions
Result driven, creative and proactive
Proven success in international sales or business development in food or FMCG
Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills
Commercial insight with the ability to translate trends into winning propositions
