About the role

  • Partnerships Manager responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships for myPOS in Düsseldorf. Leading growth initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and onboard strategic partners (e.g., ISVs, POS manufacturers, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, commerce and technology partners)
  • Build and grow the local partner portfolio — establish long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Develop and execute local partnership strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Manage the entire partnership lifecycle: from acquisition through onboarding and activation to performance monitoring and optimization
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance and local teams to ensure successful partner implementations
  • Drive partner-led revenue and monitor partner performance as well as key drivers such as partner pipeline, activation rate and ROI
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners in the assigned region and monitor current market trends and the competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in partnerships, business development or strategic alliances in Germany
  • Proven experience working with technology, SaaS, platform or reseller partners
  • Deep understanding of APIs, integrations and partner-driven growth models
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to performance tracking
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
