Responsibilities
Analysis, monitoring and further development of cost and performance accounting
Preparation of meaningful reports, analyses and decision papers for internal reporting
Responsibility for budgeting, planning and forecasting processes in close cooperation with the business units
Management and implementation of own controlling and governance projects
Further development of controlling processes, methods and tools – with a focus on transparency and efficiency
Close cooperation with care-rate managers and the Head of Corporate Controlling
Participation in projects to improve profitability and efficiency
Business partnering: advising on financial and operational matters as an equal partner
Requirements
Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in a corporate or service environment
Solid knowledge of cost and performance accounting
Strong IT and numerical affinity, in particular very confident use of MS Excel
Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex matters clearly
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Team orientation, strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration
Identification with the Christian values and the diaconal mission of Lafim-Diakonie
