Responsibilities
Provide 24x7 support for BeyondTrust PAM operations
Handle privileged access requests and service tickets via ServiceNow
Support onboarding of privileged and service accounts under guidance
Perform password vaulting and basic policy execution
Monitor PAM jobs, alerts, and scheduled tasks
Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues as required
Follow SOPs and security controls for PAM operations
Support audit evidence collection and compliance activities
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in IAM / PAM / IT Operations
Basic working knowledge of PAM concepts (BeyondTrust preferred)
Understanding of AD, Windows, and Linux fundamentals
Experience working in 24x7 shift-based environments
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
