Responsibilities
Handling support and change requests with a focus on SuccessFactors and SAP-HCM
Supporting the technical implementation of new HR IT tools
Documenting and approving technical and functional tests following changes and updates
Support the team with technical skills and guidance on tools, systems utilization and process knowledge
Ensuring proper system permissions and access rights in HR applications in accordance with data protection requirements
Supporting Key Users in other HR functions and collaborating with other internal stakeholders
Requirements
Preferably a university degree in business administration, organisational management, or related fields
Solid experience in HR processes, data protection, and labour law
Comprehensive understanding of HRIS landscapes (SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors) and other IT systems
Strong internal and external customer orientation, with excellent teamwork skills
High IT affinity, interest in digitalization, and enthusiasm for change management
Open-minded and cooperative thinking
Solution-oriented, independent, and structured working style
Fluent English skills (spoken and written); German language skills are highly welcomed
