About the role

  • Head of Sales driving sales strategy in Poland for KWS Lochow. Leading a team and managing sales results for various crops.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for four main crops: sugar beet, corn, rapeseed, and cereals
  • Lead a sales team of over 30 people, including 5 Regional Managers
  • Build long lasting relationships with key distributors and industry partners
  • Partner with the Management Board and contribute market expertise
  • Manage budget and bear full responsibility for sales results (approx. PLN 250 million)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management in the agricultural or B2B sector
  • Strong understanding of the Polish agricultural market and distribution channels
  • Experience managing and developing teams, motivating them during dynamic challenges
  • Analytical skills for making bold decisions based on data
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
