About the role

  • Recruiter at KTO driving talent acquisition strategies in a growing Latin American iGaming brand. Seeking to attract top talent for business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Use multiple channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referral programs, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct Boolean searches and use other advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage potential candidates through various communication channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Head of Talent Acquisition on sourcing activities and outcomes.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sourcing or recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, social recruiting, and professional networks.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a strong interest in staying up to date with industry trends.
