About the role

  • People Coordinator supporting HR functions across APAC at Kroll. Assisting with data validation, talent acquisition, and employee operations in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Data & Analytics team with data validation, consolidation, and interpretation across People functions.
  • Support the development of dashboards, metrics, and analytical models that guide business decision‑making.
  • Apply strong financial and analytical skills to identify patterns, enhance data quality, and contribute to reporting improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Generate and analyze interview-related reports, including candidate show-up rates, dropout reasons, and turnaround times.
  • Produce weekly pipeline and sourcing reports; identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support pre-boarding and onboarding logistics, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support lifecycle transactions (onboarding, internal moves, exits).
  • Respond to employee queries and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate learning calendars, enrollments, and feedback collection.
  • Track participation and completion rates; provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist with pay and benefits data validation, benchmarking, and audit readiness.
  • Support compensation cycle documentation and compliance processes.
  • Prepare meeting packs, dashboards, and summaries for leadership; ensure accuracy and version control.
  • Partner with regional and global HR teams on projects and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical reasoning, attention to detail, and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Comfortable with HRIS/ATS systems (training provided); eager to learn and adapt.
  • Clear and professional communication skills; ability to work across APAC and global teams.
  • Language proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus for regional engagement.
