About the role

  • Senior Associate in Vendor Management Office at Kroll managing data and reporting for outsourced services. Focusing on contract delivery items and ensuring accurate data management and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data and tasks related to monthly vendor Delivery & Obligations reporting
  • Gather, review, and prepare data for reviews and compliance checks
  • Audit vendor-provided source data for accuracy
  • Package approved data for review by business and finance teams
  • Track info submissions, reviews, and resolutions
  • Maintain a formal library of historical data and info and ensure information governance
  • Adhere to schedules, processes, guidelines, and tool requirements
  • Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and guidelines

Requirements

  • 4+ years in contract D&O management in professional services environments
  • Data analytics, audit, compliance, review, and reporting team member experience
  • Strong Excel expertise: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MATCH, Macros/VBA
  • Nice to have: Dynamic Dashboards, SQL knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, finance, accounting, or related)
