About the role

Responsibilities

• Professional leadership and development of team members and junior staff
• Participation in the further development of the firm location and internal processes
• Support for management in administrative and organizational tasks
• Tax advice on complex issues
• Preparation and review of complex annual financial statements and tax returns
• Tax advisory services and management of your own client portfolio
• Review of payroll and financial accounting
• Preparation of tax returns and annual financial statements
• Support during tax audits

Requirements

• Successfully passed the tax advisor exam and appointment as a certified tax advisor (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in tax advisory services, ideally with managerial responsibility
• Proficient in DATEV and MS Office applications
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Quick comprehension, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities
• High level of team spirit, empathy, and enjoyment in client contact
• Willingness to actively contribute to the development of the firm and take on responsibility.
