About the role

  • Leading service sales efforts and managing a team to achieve sales goals while fostering innovation. Engaging with various teams to enhance service product marketing and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for and management of all acquisition activities for our analog and digital services
  • Consistent pursuit of the defined commercial sales and revenue targets
  • Development of sales strategies and concepts for service products and their consistent implementation
  • Setting sales targets for the Sales Managers Services
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Service Sales group
  • Further development of the sales capabilities of the Sales Managers Services
  • Close collaboration with the Service Design, Service Realisation and Customer Dialogue groups
  • Responsibility for the communication (including presentation) and marketing of all service products across various channels
  • Development and management of monitoring and reporting systems and derivation of actions to drive sales of service products

Requirements

  • Completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) in Business Administration, Trade Fair Management, or Event Management
  • Several years of professional experience managing at least four employees
  • Strong sales skills and enjoyment of selling
  • High motivation in sales and the ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and organizational ability
  • Strong affinity for advertising, technical and digital products
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Good written and spoken English
