Responsibilities
Manage B2B customer relationships and grow our existing customer base and product range
Provide individualized, hands-on product support, including frequent on-site product demonstrations at customer locations
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share
Provide technical sales support in the day-to-day operations of Knipex distribution partners and end users
Deliver training and service support to our B2B customers
Secure relevant product listings and increase brand visibility with key industry players
Support and execute trade shows, conventions, summits, and similar events
Monitor the market and competitors and maintain an active contact network
Proactively design and implement marketing tools such as POS optimization, literature and display concepts, e-business initiatives, and social media support
Requirements
B.Sc. in a commercial, business, or technical field
Experience in technical sales
Strong knowledge of B2B commerce
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Affinity for social media and online marketing
Very good verbal and written English skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel at least 3 to 4 days per week
