  • Sales representative managing customer acquisition in waste management and recycling. Collaborating with teams to offer tailored disposal solutions in the German market.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers in the areas of waste management, secondary raw materials, and site/container services
  • Implementation of targets and measures agreed with the sales management
  • Independently identifying potential and sales opportunities
  • Preparing quotations
  • Recording and tracking quotations and orders
  • Telephone customer advising

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training; initial experience in direct customer contact desirable (applicants from other industries welcome)
  • Confident, professional demeanor and a positive presence
  • Customer- and results-oriented thinking and acting
  • Goal-driven, independent, and closing-oriented working style
  • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to maintain an overview during busy periods
  • Ambitious and open to new approaches
  • Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
