About the role

  • You manage your operation and also oversee one to two additional sites
  • Together with your team you create the daily lunch menu (freshly prepared meals)
  • You lead and manage your staff
  • You are responsible for the month-end closing
  • You analyze business/operational KPIs and ensure adherence to the budget

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience as a canteen or kitchen manager / head chef (m/f/d)
  • Experience analyzing business/financial KPIs
  • Reliability
  • Valid driver’s license (car)
