Responsibilities
- Own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all Campus locations
- Supervise on-site teams and drive vendor/landlord negotiations
- Manage operating budgets and create efficient systems
- Develop workplace infrastructure standards and IT setups
- Design scalable systems for facilities management
- Oversee hospitality, food programs, and daily operations
- Run tight financial operations - build/manage budgets aggressively
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Ops, and Leadership
- Travel frequently to ensure standards are upheld
Requirements
- 8+ years managing multi-site offices across the U.S.
- Exceptional operational rigor
- Assertive, polished, and persuasive negotiation skills
- Clarity, intention, and confidence in communication
- Deep experience with vendor management, workplace systems, budgets
- Energized by being on your feet and in constant motion
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, solutions-oriented
