About the role

  • Own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all Campus locations
  • Supervise on-site teams and drive vendor/landlord negotiations
  • Manage operating budgets and create efficient systems
  • Develop workplace infrastructure standards and IT setups
  • Design scalable systems for facilities management
  • Oversee hospitality, food programs, and daily operations
  • Run tight financial operations - build/manage budgets aggressively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Ops, and Leadership
  • Travel frequently to ensure standards are upheld

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing multi-site offices across the U.S.
  • Exceptional operational rigor
  • Assertive, polished, and persuasive negotiation skills
  • Clarity, intention, and confidence in communication
  • Deep experience with vendor management, workplace systems, budgets
  • Energized by being on your feet and in constant motion
  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, solutions-oriented
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 times per month
