Responsibilities
You create the menu and place orders
You and your team prepare lunch and interim refreshments
You plan staff deployment and lead and develop your team
You ensure customer and guest satisfaction, thereby increasing revenue and profitability
You are responsible for compliance with HACCP regulations
You act as the main point of contact for our client and guests
Requirements
You have completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d)
You have professional experience in an operational leadership role (e.g., as a kitchen manager)
You have experience analyzing business and operational KPIs to derive appropriate measures for your operation
Excellent written and spoken German to communicate smoothly with your team and the client
You hold a valid driver's license to reach the site reliably, as public transport connections are limited
