About the role

  • Project manager at Klüh Catering supporting transformation projects in partnership with research, health, and gastronomy sectors. Responsibilities include budgeting, monitoring, documentation, and sustainability project implementation.

Responsibilities

  • You share responsibility for budget planning and control of the transformation project in coordination with project management and accounting
  • You are jointly responsible for the financial processing of grants, including fund requests, documentation and submission via relevant federal platforms
  • You prepare interim and final funding reports as well as project-related financial statements
  • You perform a project-supporting and coordinating role within the overall project
  • You are responsible for project monitoring and for documentation and reporting for internal decision-making processes
  • You support the implementation of sustainability projects and the identification of suitable funding opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree in public administration, economics, social sciences or a comparable qualification required
  • Experience in project coordination and grant management required
  • Knowledge of budget planning, budget control and financial project processing expected
  • Confident use of MS Office essential; advantageous: experience with Profi-Online (portal for federal funding projects) or comparable systems
  • Good German and English language skills, spoken and written, required
  • Driving licence class B desirable for occasional business travel
