About the role

  • Global E-Commerce Manager responsible for overseeing KLAPP's online shops and marketplaces. Leading marketing strategies, performance monitoring, and enhancing user experience on digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the global development of DTC e‑commerce across online shops and marketplaces
  • Global roll-out on Amazon and other platforms
  • Further development — usability, technology, compliance, sales — of the KLAPP brand online shop into a global KLAPP Brand Store
  • Conceptualization, planning and implementation of all online marketing measures — internal and external — to increase sales, brand awareness and profitability
  • Performance monitoring and ad-hoc analyses with derivation of action recommendations and continuous optimization, e.g. ROAS, AOV, seller performance
  • Content maintenance — A+ Content — in KLAPP's seller account
  • On-site Amazon campaign planning and execution: national and international

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, marketing, e‑commerce or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in online shop and marketplace management, particularly in managing sales activities to increase revenue, profitability and acquire new customers
  • Proficient with common MS Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Creativity, capacity for innovation and the ability to keep up with the latest trends
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various internal and external stakeholders — departments and service providers
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong passion for beauty products, international trends and aesthetics
  • Structured and independent working style as well as strong conceptual skills
  • High team orientation, commitment and initiative
