About the role

  • IT-Systemadministrator overseeing IT landscape development and user support at healthcare clinics. Collaborating with IT departments and managing hardware/software installations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects to further develop the clinics' IT landscape
  • Support users with IT questions and technical issues
  • Collaborate with hardware and software vendors as well as external service providers
  • Install and maintain software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot IT faults (both software and hardware)
  • Provide solution-oriented advice to all departments
  • Ensure the security of the IT systems
  • Constructive collaboration with the association's IT
  • User administration

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Experience in IT support, particularly 1st and 2nd level support
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
  • Ability to quickly analyze faults and resolve problems
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • High reliability and initiative
  • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
