Support users with IT questions and technical issues
Collaborate with hardware and software vendors as well as external service providers
Install and maintain software and hardware
Troubleshoot IT faults (both software and hardware)
Provide solution-oriented advice to all departments
Ensure the security of the IT systems
Constructive collaboration with the association's IT
User administration
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Experience in IT support, particularly 1st and 2nd level support
Basic knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
Ability to quickly analyze faults and resolve problems
Good communication and teamwork skills
High reliability and initiative
Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
