About the role
- IT-Allrounder/IT-Systemadministrator needed for IT system management and support at KJF in Augsburg. Responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and user support in the organization.
Responsibilities
- As an IT Allrounder/IT System Administrator, you ensure that servers, networks and workstations run smoothly
- Install, configure, administer and monitor our IT systems, servers and networks
- Participate in the development of organization-wide IT processes and in the implementation of IT projects
- Ensure IT security and data protection
- Provide 1st/2nd level support for users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution, and assist with technical questions
- Liaise with external IT partners and service providers
- Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Oversee backup, storage and security solutions and coordinate and perform updates and backups
- Document IT processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, IT clerk or application support) or equivalent knowledge – career changers with IT affinity are also welcome
- Experience administering servers, networks or cloud services is an advantage but not required
- Interest in IT security, backup and storage solutions
- Team player with strong communication skills and an independent, structured work style
- Customer- and user-oriented mindset completes your profile
