About the role

  • HR Representative handling payroll and administration responsibilities at Emil Frey Deutschland. Engaging in collaboration with various departments in Stuttgart to provide comprehensive HR support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly payroll processing for an assigned area of responsibility
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers with payroll-related questions
  • General HR administration such as contract preparation, employment references, agreements, etc.
  • Correspond with authorities, health insurance providers and social security agencies, and take responsibility for reporting and certification processes
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and administrators at branch offices

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field
  • Professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing
  • Knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with SAP HCM
  • Independent, structured and conscientious working style
  • Open and communicative personality; team player
  • Strong service orientation and professionalism in dealing with internal and external customers and stakeholders
