Responsibilities
We are looking for a high potential, analytically strong marketing specialist to join our India team and support global marketing initiatives.
This role is designed for someone who can connect strategy and execution, translate marketing signals into clear direction, and drive high impact initiatives across workstreams.
This individual will work closely with global Marketing team members across digital, content, demand generation, and brand initiatives.
This role will report to a Marketing leader in India and collaborate with US based stakeholders to strengthen execution, improve visibility into performance, and maintain momentum across priorities.
This is a hands on role that blends research, insight generation, operational rigor, and active use of AI to accelerate and elevate marketing execution.
You will play a key role in helping the marketing function move from data to insight, from insight to action, and from experimentation to scalable processes.
Requirements
3 to 5 years in marketing analytics, digital marketing, performance marketing, consulting, or a related analytical role. Experience working in B2B or professional services environments preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Comfortable working with marketing platforms and data sources such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, website analytics tools, and Excel
Ability to translate quantitative data into clear business narratives
Structured thinker with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working across ambiguity, taking ownership, and confidently challenging senior stakeholders
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and interest in AI enabled marketing workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including with senior US stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms preferred.
