Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing collateral, such as brochures, banners, videos, and infographics.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead nurturing and conversion goals.
Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track leads, measure conversions, and optimise campaigns.
Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone of voice across all campaign materials and touch points.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to enhance brand positioning and differentiate the organisation's offerings.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI.
Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness, identify learnings, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management.
Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing software (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp), and digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Analytical mindset with experience using data and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce) to measure campaign effectiveness.
