About the role
- Business Controlling Intern supporting financial data preparation and reporting for the gaming industry. Join our Finance team in a supportive role for timely and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation of financial reports and reporting datasets
- Assist with data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and consolidation across Service Lines
- Support recurring monthly reporting cycles
- Help ensure consistency of financial data across reports and tools
- Assist in maintaining and updating Power BI dashboards
- Participate in reporting process improvements and automation initiatives
- Document reporting logic, data flows, and basic controls
- Collaborate with Business Controllers to collect, validate, and structure financial data
Requirements
- English and Polish at minimum B2 level
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics / Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data preparation, formulas, and pivot tables
- Strong interest in financial reporting, consolidation, and data validation
- Basic experience or strong interest in Power BI or other reporting / dashboard tools
- Ability to work with structured datasets and large volumes of data
- High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and consistency
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate numbers and data clearly
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
