Responsibilities
Support the Director – Automotive in establishing and expanding the Automotive segment
Develop innovative approaches for the structured development of the segment together with the Director
Acquire new clients to fill key positions and expand key accounts within the existing client base
Develop and implement strategies to fully exploit market potential
Manage existing clients and build cooperation at management level
Lead (inter)national placement processes and mandates
Conduct targeted conversations with candidates, interim managers, and clients
Act as a KEYPLAYER brand ambassador and delight clients by filling high-profile positions
Build close collaboration with the Senior Advisor Board and support the Director in recruiting additional advisers
Requirements
Several years of operational experience in the Automotive segment or experience from a consulting firm with a focus on Automotive
Affinity for sales and business development
Structured, conscientious working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Professional, representative appearance with a strong commitment to quality and customer focus
