Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, human capital management, and the branch's daily operations.

Meet profitability and sales targets, follow up on projects, analyze reports and corporate requests, and take action.
Develop and maintain business relationships with clients (minimum 8 hours of driving per week).
Analyze and develop the region's sales potential in collaboration with Lumen teams.
Develop the business plan with targeted manufacturers.
Prepare and execute the marketing plan (Centre Bell activities, VIP events, etc.).
Answer phones, process orders, and assist on the sales floor.
Champion and support the e-commerce vision.
Responsible for understanding and managing financial statements (P&L).
Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in a similar role, including HR management.
Strong knowledge of the electrical distribution market.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
Fluency in French, written and spoken (English is an asset).
College or university diploma in Business Administration or Commerce.
Willingness to travel to attend sales meetings and corporate activities at head office.
