About the role

Responsibilities
- Preparation and post-processing of the instruments, devices, materials and implants required for each procedure
- Float duties as well as independent instrument handling and assisting during surgical procedures across all of our specialties
- Proper documentation of all surgical procedures in accordance with medical standards and requirements
- By providing qualified and professionally competent operating-room assistance, you are responsible for ensuring a swift and smooth course of each procedure
Requirements
- Completed training as an Operating Theatre Technician (OTA) or as a Registered Nurse
- Strong commitment, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of a trusting and cooperative interprofessional working relationship; understanding of your role as the interface between nursing and medical care
- Good communication skills, openness and empathy toward our patients
