About the role
- Working student supporting global financial reporting processes in Financial Planning & Analysis at Kelvion. Role involves project support and financial activities in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei der zentralen Steuerung der globalen Konzern- Reporting- Prozesse (wöchentliches Reporting; Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss)
- Unterstützung bei der wöchentlichen Berichterstattung (EWC- Prozess) und Erstellung der Präsentation für das Top-Management
- Betreuung und Aufbereitung der globalen Forecast- und Budgetprozesse
- Unterstützung von Tochtergesellschaften bei Spezialthemen
- Übernahme / Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Themen und entsprechende Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens
- Unterstützung und eigenständige Übernahme von globaler Kommunikation aufgrund der regionalen Reporting- Struktur
Requirements
- Student*in eines betriebswirtschaftlichen Studienganges (Schwerpunkt Finanzwesen/ Accounting/ Controlling von Vorteil)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (internationale Kommunikation)
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und soziale Kompetenz
- Hohe Lernfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
