About the role

  • Support the Global Financial Controls team in administrative tasks and financial analysis. Collaborate globally while developing Excel and other software skills in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Financial Controls team with administrative and support activities;
  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial information;
  • Extract and prepare reports from various systems;
  • Use tools such as Excel, Word, and other internal software;
  • Support the team in implementing and adopting new systems and technologies;
  • Collaborate with global teams, participating in meetings in English when required.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
  • Advanced English (able to communicate in meetings with the global team);
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail;
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems and tools.
