Responsibilities
Provide support to the USCAN Commercial Revenue Associate Director as it relates to budgeting, monthly forecasting, weekly revenue projections, reporting and analysis
Assist with weekly, monthly & quarterly financial presentations for the USCAN Commercial team and CCO
Act as the finance partner to the Strategic Growth Sales Lead, developing a deep understanding of the business and owning forecasting to support decision-making
Partner with cross-functional business units as a key liaison to align on regional monthly forecasting while proactively identifying risks and upside opportunities
Create process standardization and documentation for Revenue processes
Create and manage routine analytics for projects and forecast cycles
Develop analytics to derive market, customer segment, and specific customer insights on pricing/discounting, platform transitions, and market/customer type trends
Provide support on other ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
BS or BA in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
Biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred
Strong business partnering, financial acumen, and communication skills
Experience in a diverse, global environment
Understand effective internal control environment
Strong knowledge of financial modelling and analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Superb verbal and written communication and project management skills
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Tableau, Cognos, TM1, SalesForce.com are a plus
