Responsibilities
Work broadly on the company’s administrative routines, supporting the finance, commercial, operations, and management areas.
Support the flow of contracts with customers and suppliers, monitoring deadlines, terms, and deliveries using the SAP Business One system.
Monitor the execution of signed agreements, ensuring compliance with established conditions and flagging risks or deviations.
Perform the financial department’s routine tasks (primarily purchasing and billing).
Support administrative and commercial negotiations, with occasional legal support when necessary.
Contribute to defining, reviewing, and continuously improving administrative processes and the contract flow, collaborating with other involved departments.
Organize and keep the company’s administrative and contractual documentation up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Business Management, Management Processes, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
Previous experience in administrative routines, with experience in managing or monitoring contracts as part of the scope.
Organized, analytical profile with strong prioritization skills.
Good communication skills to interact with different departments and external partners.
Familiarity with management systems (ERP); SAP Business One is a plus.
