Responsibilities
- Develop and refine innovative software acquisition strategies for the nation’s emerging capabilities.

- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to achieve aggressive project timelines and cutting-edge technology outcomes.
- Recommend and leverage software modeling and test tools to validate performance.
- Mentor junior and senior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Requirements
- BA / BS in Engineering, Science or related field
- 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of experience in program/project management.
- Clearance: Minimum Secret with the ability to quickly obtain TS, SCI, SAP.
- Experience in designing and developing complex systems of systems and enterprise architectures.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects with approximately 5+ years of experience in program/project management.
- Experience should include managing complex software development projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within all organizational levels, including senior DoD leadership.
- Previous experience in the defense sector or with DoD projects.
- Proven ability to recommend, embrace and implement change in a fast-paced, high-performing, hand-picked organization.
