Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle global recruitment from kickoff and innovative sourcing through offer, with a heavy emphasis on hiring for Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering roles.
Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, and best practices
Design structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards; drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure equitable, consistent evaluation across panels.
Build and nurture proactive pipelines and talent communities for near-term and future needs.

Requirements
5+ years of proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced, global recruitment environment, including at least 3 years of in-house experience
A strong ability to use data to track processes and identify areas for improvement
Strong understanding of recruitment process, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices
The ability to work autonomously in an innovative fast-evolving environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills with internal partners and external candidates, strong collaboration skills across a distributed team
