Responsibilities

• Manage creative project workflows, ensuring seamless execution from briefing to final delivery.
• Work closely with creative teams, ensuring designers, copywriters, and strategists have the information and resources they need.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and production schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, aligning stakeholders on objectives, feedback, and key milestones.
• Coordinate asset production for print, digital, social, and video projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Manage specs and deadlines for creative assets, working with media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaign launch.
• Facilitate internal meetings, track action items, and document key takeaways to keep teams aligned.
• Ensure creative deliverables align with brand guidelines, messaging, and strategic goals.
• Problem-solve workflow bottlenecks, proactively identifying solutions to keep projects on track.
• Work closely with the project management department to identify process improvements and contribute to optimizing workflows for greater efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience in an agency or similar fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proven experience in process development, workflow automation, and operational strategy.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets, scopes of work, and profitability tracking.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, providing guidance while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com, Workamajig, Smartsheet, Asana, or Workfront.
• Familiarity with production, creative processes, and integrated marketing campaigns.
