Responsibilities
Sales and client development: Using your expertise in mortgage financing and digital platforms, you will sustainably grow and develop partnerships with Sparkassen (German savings banks).
Product & market analysis: You actively monitor market trends in your region, derive strategic recommendations, and shape the direction of our partners’ product content.
Digitalization consulting: You support Sparkassen in transforming their mortgage financing processes — from sales strategy to process optimization.
Network building & knowledge transfer: You organize and moderate regional exchange formats, workshops and events to share knowledge, trends and best practices.
Requirements
Completed training in the banking/financial services sector or a degree with a focus on finance
Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally within Sparkassen or the financial sector
Very good understanding of the German mortgage financing market
Strong communicator with a confident manner and enjoyment of client-facing work
Proof of expertise according to §34i GewO or willingness to obtain this qualification with our support
Self-organized, proactive and experienced in mobile/remote working
