About the role

  • Event Manager responsible for organizing events for GENOPACE, requiring 3-5 years of experience. Part-time role located in Berlin with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Organisation and planning of events
  • Co-project leadership of the annual GENOKON
  • Coordination of logistics, vendors and on-site operations
  • Responsibility for participant management
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Communications for event organization

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in event management (approx. 3–5 years)
  • Structured, proactive and reliable working style
  • Clear and dependable communication with internal stakeholders, partner companies and external service providers
  • Pragmatic execution and sensible prioritization of tasks
  • Confident use of MS Office 365
  • German language skills at least at C1 level
