About the role

  • Junior Consultant developing communication strategies for clients at the intersection of politics and society in Berlin. Involved in monitoring, stakeholder mapping, and organizing events.

Responsibilities

  • Political and regulatory monitoring at national and EU level – you keep track and identify what really matters.
  • Preparation of political stakeholder mappings
  • Contributing to concepts, pitches and presentations for clients across various industries
  • Support in organizing and executing events, background briefings and stakeholder formats
  • Assisting in the development of creative strategies for public affairs and stakeholder management
  • Building and maintaining networks with political decision-makers, associations and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Political Science, Law, Economics, Communication Studies or a related field
  • Initial experience in public affairs consultancy, politics or associations through internships or working-student positions
  • Understanding of political processes at national and EU levels and a sense for economic interrelationships
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
  • Confident use of PowerPoint and an eye for design and visualization
  • Creativity and a flair for innovative approaches in political communication
