Responsibilities
You oversee the production of currently 2,500 meals daily and prepare processes for expansion to a total of 4,000 meals.
You are responsible for developing and expanding our catering division and for the culinary support of internal and external events.
You lead, motivate and develop your kitchen team, including an in-house driver/delivery service, and ensure duty rostering that balances quality and employee satisfaction.
Ensuring HACCP standards in an EU-certified kitchen, as well as cost-effective food-cost control and budget planning, are part of your daily responsibilities.
You develop modern catering concepts that take sustainability and regional sourcing into account.
Requirements
You are a Küchenmeister (master chef) or hold an equivalent qualification with substantial experience in large-scale kitchen/catering operations.
You have successfully led large teams and are thoroughly familiar with the processes of communal/institutional catering.
You enjoy scaling production volumes and balancing everyday operations with event catering.
