Responsibilities
Detailed analyses and ad-hoc analyses of website performance, conversion rates, and user behavior
Creation of meaningful dashboards and reports to visualize key KPIs
Interpretation of data and development of concrete recommendations for action
Support in the further development of our e-commerce strategy
Testing and auditing web tracking to ensure high data quality
Designing and managing A/B tests and experiments to optimize website performance
Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, IT) and external service providers
Continuous monitoring of data quality with regard to data protection requirements
Training colleagues in working with analytics data
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on e-commerce, online marketing, business, data analytics, or a comparable field
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools
Experience in web tracking, testing, and error analysis
Strong analytical skills and experience in deriving data-driven measures
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and common tracking technologies (e.g., Google Tag Manager) is a plus
Experience working with external service providers and in project coordination
