Responsibilities
Lead launches across EMEA and APJ, in close coordination with product, sales, and campaign teams
Translate global positioning into local messaging that resonates with target audiences and reflects regional nuances
Work closely with the EMEA sales team to tailor content to current sales needs and market-specific challenges
Own the end-to-end case study process – identifying opportunities, engaging with customers, managing interviews, and delivering polished, multi-format content
Attend and support regional events, capture relevant topics, and identify storytelling opportunities based on real-time engagement
Keep internal stakeholders aligned and informed on customer marketing activities and content development efforts
Drive regionally adapted marketing content across formats, ensuring relevance, clarity, and consistency
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B product or customer marketing, preferably in the tech sector
Demonstrated success in developing customer stories, regional content, and sales-aligned messaging
Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and CX teams
Ability to tailor content to specific regions, with a deep understanding of local tone and relevance
Solid project management skills with experience running marketing processes end-to-end
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures; experience in EMEA and APJ a plus
Experience attending and contributing to customer events and industry tradeshows
