Responsibilities
Project leadership: Lead interdisciplinary and international teams in the development of digital, integrated operating rooms.

Team leadership and project control: Independently lead development teams and interdisciplinary interface teams across multiple locations, ensuring efficient project planning, schedule and budget control, and successful project completion.
Integration of external partners: Manage external development partners and service providers.
Documentation and standards: Ensure project documentation — from requirements capture through regulatory approval — complies with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder communication: Communicate on a professional, win-win level with various stakeholders and enforce schedules consistently.
Conflict management and escalation: Apply conflict-management skills deliberately, use escalation paths deliberately, and handle political pressure confidently (e.g., allocation of development capacity).
Requirements
Degree in natural sciences, engineering, or computer science.
Experience leading complex development projects in a regulated environment from product concept to market launch.
Several years of relevant experience in international project management in technology-driven industries, preferably medical technology.
Technical competence in hardware and software development.
Experience working in an agile environment, specifically with agile development methodologies.
Confident communication and conflict-management skills when dealing with stakeholders.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation.
Experience managing external partners and integrating them into the development process.
Excellent German and English language skills.
