- 営業活動におけるプロセス改善機会の特定および、継続的な改善の推進
- 営業オペレーションに関わる業務プロセスおよびシステムの設計・構築
- 繰り返し発生する定型業務の自動化やツール導入を通じた、営業組織全体の生産性・パフォーマンス向上
- 現場の営業活動に最適化されたCRMツールや各種営業支援ツールの設計・改善
