Responsibilities
- Take ownership of KARL LAGERFELD’s product compliance strategy
- Ensure supply chain partners meet social, environmental, and product safety standards
- Lead a small team of a Product Compliance Specialist and an intern
- Guide daily work and professional growth of the team
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Sustainability and Product Development teams
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the value chain
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in product compliance, CSR, or sustainability management within fashion, textiles, or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of social compliance systems, product safety regulations, and material certifications (e.g., GOTS, Oeko-Tex, REACH).
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive results.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple departments and external partners.
- Flexible, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational detail.
- Familiarity with product development processes, materials, and supply chain structures.
