About the role
- Regional Compliance Manager overseeing compliance and performance in wraparound childcare services. Mentoring managers and ensuring Ofsted compliance across sites in Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and mentoring setting managers
- Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted, EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Creating training and development plans for staff
- Managing parent communication, feedback and complaints professionally
- Building strong relationships with families, partners and stakeholders
- Contributing to strategic planning and regional/UK growth
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a Primary, Early Years, or educational childcare setting
- Extensive knowledge and familiarity with Ofsted and EYFS frameworks
- Flexibility and ability to travel between sites as required across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire
- Safeguarding training with DSL experience desirable
- The ability to manage multiple settings and priorities effectively
- An inclusive mindset and approach to their work to fit into the company culture
- A recognised teaching, early years or childcare qualification would be hugely desirable
