Responsibilities
Own full-lifecycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Finance, Biz Ops, and related functions.
Lead proactive sourcing efforts, building diverse, high-quality pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, and other tools.
Manage interview scheduling and coordination, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and interviewers.
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
Track and communicate pipeline health, hiring progress, and key recruiting metrics.
Ensure candidates receive a first-class, white-glove experience from first touchpoint through offer.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate recruiting workflows as we scale.
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth tech company.
Proven ability to source top-tier GTM talent, with a strong track record of building and managing pipelines.
Experience using an ATS such as Ashby (strong plus), and comfort working across modern recruiting tools and systems.
Highly organized and skilled at managing multiple priorities and searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong partner to hiring managers - able to drive alignment, momentum, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
Excellent communicator who keeps candidates and stakeholders informed and engaged at every stage.
