About the role

  • Online Channel Manager shaping Kärcher's online presence in the Nordic market. Leading profitable online business growth across shops, digital accounts, and marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Online profit center's P&L and lead the Online Team
  • Develop and implement the regional Online strategy, aligning with global plans
  • Plan product portfolio, sourcing, and forecasting
  • Drive sales optimization, budget, and forecasting across all online channels
  • Build and develop collaboration with customer e-commerce departments alongside Key Account Managers (KAMs)
  • Lead sales promotion measures, digital campaigns, and content optimization
  • Negotiate assortment, pricing, and terms & conditions
  • Actively monitor market trends and competitors

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Key Account Management (KAM) experience with major online players
  • Proven experience in E-commerce and online sales
  • Strong business focus, clear communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Google Suite
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50 days/year) and a valid driver's license
