About the role

  • Omnichannel Planning & Optimisation Manager at a top ASX-listed company delivering marketing initiatives. Collaborating across teams to drive integrated customer journey planning and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated customer journey planning across campaigns and channels
  • Drive the quarterly planning and prioritisation process
  • Bring structure and clarity to how work moves from strategy into market
  • Partner with Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams
  • Enable better decision-making, optimise campaign activation and embed consistent, efficient ways of working that improve performance and customer experience.

Requirements

  • You’re a Marketing Manager or Planning Manager with 5+ years’ experience in complex retail/FMCG environments.
  • You’re known for turning strategy into clear plans and processes that others can execute.
  • You’ve delivered integrated, multi-channel campaigns, worked closely with cross-functional teams and agencies, and are confident influencing peers to align on priorities and outcomes.
  • Experience developing integrated or omnichannel marketing plans and customer journeys
  • Experience translating insight into strategic, actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with agency partners to deliver and optimise campaign outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline.
