Responsibilities
- Run strategic base business sourcing assessments
- Ensure suitable and sufficient site Business Continuity Plans are in place for Category Powerbands
- Make business recommendations of product sourcing changes from Factory A to Factory B
- Support the co-ordination of long-term volume data
- Provide data analytics to support Supply Leadership in the decision-making process
- Work on sourcing projects until formally approved
Requirements
- Degree in science or engineering with a manufacturing background
- 5-10 years Pharmaceuticals and/or FMCG industry project management experience with a focus in manufacturing
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review data
- Proven track record in project management
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge and experience of end-to-end supply chains of FMCG or Pharmaceuticals
