About the role
- Product Owner & Systembetreuer handling document management system for IT and Digital Transformation department. Ensuring operations and further development of DMS while collaborating with stakeholders and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs, der Wartung und Weiterentwicklung des Dokumentenmangementsystems (DMS)
- Durchführung von Systemupdates, Konfigurationen und Fehleranalysen
- Betreuung von Schnittstellen zu Umsystemen (z. B. ERP, E-Mail, Archiv)
- Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung sowie Systemdokumentation
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des DMS
- Aufnahme und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
- Gestaltung und Optimierung dokumentenbasierter Geschäftsprozesse
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Erfahrung mit DMS-/ECM-Systemen (z. B. d.velop, ELO, DocuWare, etc.)
- Gutes technisches Verständnis (Netzwerk, Datenbanken, Schnittstellen)
- Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement oder als Product Owner von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
