Responsibilities
Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Buyer Experience domain.
Own key success metrics such as user engagement and marketplace growth.
Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers.
Collaborate deeply across the organization with various teams.
Use data and customer insights to prioritize improvements to buyer trust and engagement.
Build a highly-functional team ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Serve as the primary voice of the buyer in strategy discussions.
Requirements
Seasoned Product leadership with significant experience in global marketplaces and/or e-commerce.
History of building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
High degree of skill leveraging data and experimentation to inform strategy.
Industry-defining standards and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Global outlook with expertise in diverse worldwide markets.
Very good English skills; German proficiency is a big plus.
